Don't worry Betty ... once we start walking it should keep the momentum going. I'm not sure if the weather this week will be the greatest ... but if we get a little sunshine on Thursday or Friday I'm all ready to walk!

Last Monday I started sparking after signing up Sunday night, so I have one week under my belt! AND weighed in 7 pounds lighter!!! WOOT WOOT! I know the majority is water/waste weight but what FANTASTIC motivation to keep making small changes to my daily lifestyle.
