Welcome to the team Barb. It's great to "see" new people on here. Watch the team site, because lots of times now that the weather is nice, a group will get together and walk on Presque Isle, Scott Park, around Edinboro Lake, somewhere. Sometimes we stop for coffee afterwards, and a chance to talk, occasionally we'll get together for dinner, and compare ideas and suggestions. I commend you for walking on your lunch hour at work. That's great! Keep it up, and good luck!

I used Spark people about a year ago and didn't take it real seriously. I started weight watchers in January and did it for three months. I remembered spark people is basically the same as weight watchers and it's free. So I'm back to give it a serious try and hopefully make some new friends. When I'm in my office I walk 30 minutes a day with co-workers. I need to find a time to work out when I'm not in my office.
