Hello Sheellbelll27 thank you for the support I am having trouble when I get home from work is making it to the treadmill I know I need to do it especially after getting a big promotion at work. Is more then incentive to be healthier and more fit.

Hello and thank you for all the warm welcomes. I am doing good with the water and I am trying to keep my journaling up. My biggest problem like you said Becky, is when I get home from work sometimes I am just to tired to workout and some days are ok. emoticon

I'm with you when you say you need motivation & support! emoticon I started this site a little over a month ago & I've found that I've been more mindful of what I eat- how much I eat- and how much I'm exercising. SparkPeople and the Erie Sparkers have kept me on track and more importantly motivated to continue what I'm doing! emoticon I've found that even on my sluggish, lazy days when I know there is NO way I'll get my butt to the gym- I log on and will at least feel the spark to do some minimal floor exercises or stretches. (Better than nothing on those days!) emoticon

This team is great too! I've been finding that our make-up is a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I love the variety! It's wonderful to be able to get input from different ages and backgrounds!

Like I said, I've only been here for a little over a month, but already I feel comfortable saying
emoticon Welcome to OUR Team! emoticon

Paula, Welcome to the team! It's so great having new people join us, and want to participate in some of the activities we try to do. Please check out all the threads on the team site as they cover different sugjects, and join us on the daily chit-chat. We have exercise challenges each month, and sometimes we complete them, and others, maybe not. Our first challenges for new members are always to drink your water, try and work up to 8 to 10 glasses a day, and to post as often as you can. Ask questions, vent if you need too, and let us get to know you. Again, emoticon Joy

Hello I am new to all of this there is alot of information on this website! I am 40 years old and need to lose about 84lbs. I have not been taking care of myself and it is now time to do something.I keep restarting my diet over and over again. Now I need to take control and do it. So please I ask for lots of motivation and support. I would love to get together for a walk and coffee. I work during the day and on some saturdays but can arrange off if need on saturdays.
