You may not like snow ... but you certainly can find things to do in it to help you stay fit. There are many winter sports that you can take part in ... from downhill skiing to snowshoeing. Or even going out for a brisk walk. If you are not sports minded there is always shoveling ... it is a really good cardio workout! For those who have a total aversion to going out when it's cold and snowy ... cozy up by the fire and enjoy the view from home.

I hope everyone is finding some way to enjoy this beautiful weather.
