This is my first day with Sparks ...

I've lived in Erie my whole life ... never really thought of leaving ... raised my family here ... enjoy the seasons ... and everything Erie has to offer.

Married with 3 grown children
Employed full time preschool/child care
Love gardening; crafting; the computer; bowling; golf
Recently had total knee replacement on both knees

I've been doing some form of structured exercise since March ... but lapsed through the holidays. I've got back into it again for the New Year.

I'm sort of a part-time vegetarian ... I usually avoid red meat, but still include fish/chicken into my meal plan once or twice a week.

I'm hoping Sparks People will help me keep motivated to continue and improve my healthy eating and will keep me on track with my exercise goals.
