So I am completely new to SP and have no idea what I'm doing yet. I'm off of WW now about 6 weeks and needed a new way to journal and got this recommendation and so far I like what I see. I'm a mom of 1 2.5 year old and I'm finally getting rid of my gym insurance and actually going (well - trying to anyway). I've lost 25 lbs so far and want to loose 5-10 more and keep it off (easier said than done). I live in Woodstock and work downtown - between my family and work I struggle to fit in what I need to but want to be a good example for my family! I know journaling and support works - but I have no idea how this site works so any help I can get is appriciated!
