I've been overweight off and on, all my life. Several times, I have been at a healthy weight, with little effort, but in the last year, I have gotten up to 170. Once I weighed 187, but I seem to be stable now.
I have a scale that measures body fat percentage. Whether or not it's very accurate, the trend has been for the body fat percentage to keep going up, even though I'm not gaining weight. My job has changed recently, and it's really cramping my exercise for fun time, so I need a way to change that.
