Great to hear that you are sticking with it and are wanting a better you!

I hear the weariness in your note. But the important thing is that you haven't given up!
There are some good resources here at SparkPeople to help you on your lifelong journey to better health and wellness.

Taking it one day at a time is difficult for me, but something I'm learning to do, too.

Hi I am new to spark and hoping that this is my last "first day" of a diet forever. I am so tired of yo yo diet. If I had a dollar for all the pounds that I have lost ( and unfortunately found again :-( would I be a millionaire? Probably not but still disgusted with myself.
