Hey there! You're right, I don't think too much happens here.
I've had a few false starts recently, hoping to get back into it. again ;)
I usually work out at home. I have several DVD's to choose from and a gym at my apartment complex. It's certainly cheaper that way ;)

Hi Michelle! I am new to the Cary Team and fairly new to Sparkspeople. It doesnt look like much happens on this team? Do you go to the gym in the area? We could work out together maybe. Good Luck on your adventure!

Hi I'm Michelle and I'm reinvesting in myself! :) I'm hoping that I can keep myself accountable by using sparkpeople to keep track of my exercise and eating habits. Neither are pretty. Keeping a food log is going to probably be the hardest on me. I love food and as a stay at home mom I'm around food all the time and tend to munch in my downtime (read: ALL the time). I'm hoping change and to use my downtime to burn calories instead of consuming them ;)
