Hi Alli! Welcome...You are off to a great start. One by one they add up!

I challenge myself to increase my calories on Curves Smart so I can come back and enter them into SP. It's the little things I find that motivate me.

I just joined Curves on Friday... I did my 4th workout this morning (they were closed Monday for a statutory holiday in Ontario)... I am trying to convince myself that I am a morning person

I always get mre water down with a straw too.

Thanks for the congrats on my 200th workout. I'm proud of you for your 15th. One workout at a time and they will add up.I generally go 5 times a week.

I'm always in awe of you Curvies who've done 100 or more workouts. 200? WOO HOO!! That's awesome!

Tomorrow will be workout #15 for me ...little by little.

P.S. The straw thing really helped me suck the water down too.

have a hard time with the water when it's cold out too. What helps is to mix my water with half diet green ice tea.

I did my 200th workout this morning at Curves.

Water was one of my hardest things to do. I found if I carry water in a fast food container with a straw, it goes down much easier. Go figure, but it works for me!

Because of the **** snow, my curves is closed today. So I guess I will do a video or two, and my strength training. I did shovel for a half hour. I got a path to the porch open. Have a lot more to do. Waiting for it to stop.

I hope everyone is doing well on their exercise and water intake. I my self am doing good on the exercise part,but working on the water part. I am going to Curves in just a few minutes work out and I am looking forward to it. I always feel better. Everyone have a good day. emoticon
