Hey everyone! I'm originally from the Western Slope, a small town of about 1,400 ppl. I joined this group because I am currently going to CSU. I am a sophomore this year and though I swore up and down that I wouldn't gain weight... I still packed on that Freshmen 15. I'm really fed up with how I let myself do it. But looking back (hindsight 20/20) I realized the booze and the late night Qdoba trips were by far the worst choices for staying healthy. I love sports and excelled in them in high school. I rarely miss a workout, but my eating habits are terrible. I lived as though my motto was live to eat and not the other way around. I am excited to meet everyone and hope that I can motivate others in their goals and receive that same inspiration from the group. Excited to hear from everyone. So get back to me. emoticon
