Thanks for responding. After reading your page I can no longer claim any excuses for lack of motivation to get fit and healthy. I am interested in getting together.

I'm still working, but hope to retire Feb 2014. My job wears me out, so my energy level is low, not to mention my lack of motivation to get moving. I live on the green belt pathway. I have this great new bike and a wonderful little dog . . . Both are being neglected. Did I read that you belong to curves? I haven't ever done this and would be interested in trying it.

I'm hoping to lose 15 lbs. before 9/19. I'm going to a conference in Orlando. My food is pretty much under control. What I need is exercise. What are your availabilities?

Hi Cheryl!

I only live about a mile away (Miller/Indian School), just turned 66, retired for a few years), and used to walk the greenbelt every week. Lately sciatica pain has curbed ambulation, but I still get out on my beach cruiser bike - usually on weekends. Used to have a sparkbuddy to walk/ride with, but she moved, developed her own health issues and no longer gets out. If you're interested in getting together, please send a sparkmail message and we'll arrange it.

I'm new to Spark people. I'm looking for someone to walk or bike with. I need some encouragement to get me moving. I have a recumbent trike that is gathering more dust than miles. Is there anyone out there? Cheryl
