I am not greatly overweight but I have been trying to lose at least 10 pounds but have not been able to do so. I do not overeat, do not snack between meals, do not drink pop or sweets except on a special occasion. I have cut carbs and increased protein and I'm trying to drink more water. I work out at Curves 3 times per week and use a walking tape at home (but not regularly.

What am I doing wrong? emoticon
