Hi, I am Amy and I want to lose between 25 and 35 pounds. Since I am now *over 50* things are going a little more slowly than when I have watched my weight before. I enjoy running (if 16 minute miles qualify as running :)) and tracking my food with this tool really keeps me accountable.
