Like you, my overall goal is strong, not necessarily skinny. I also have a Swiss ball and use it as my desk chair in addition to quite a few specific exercises (SparkPeople has some great videos on the ball).

Hello everyone my name is Rachael and I am new to this SparkTeam and to SparkPeople. My overall goal is to become stronger. I really enjoy working out outside, so I am bit sad that the weather is getting warmer! I just started using the Swiss ball and found out that it is a challenge to keep myself steady on it, which is great, since I know it is all good practice.
