Hello Everyone!! My name is Anna and I just joined Spark. I am excited about trying out this method to change my lifestyle. I was just recently inspired by a co-worker who decided to do a 13-week body transformation challenge from Bodybuilder.com. He entered the contest and is waiting for his results. When I saw his pictures online it was amazing! I just moved from St. Louis to Scottsdale and did not know him prior to his online entry. It was always unreal for me. Yes I would watch "Biggest Loser" and other shows like that, but I thought, these guys are in a house, have access to trainers and people to tell them how to eat. Of course someone can lose weight that way right?

This man trained himself and was very strict with his diet. He went from a beer belly and love handles to an eight pack in little time. Now am not trying to lose weight that quickly but it is VERY inspiring to actually know someone who has transformed their bodies and their lives.

I want to know what inspires you to go forward and not pick up that ice cream cone or go out with friends and binge drink? What do you do when you want to de-stress instead of pigging out on chips while watching television? These are things that I used to do that I am hoping to overcome. I want to challenge myself and live a healthy life. I want to be inspired! Please share your words of wisdom with this hopefully former yoyo dieting, self-destructive behavior, unmotivated to work out, food addicted rookie.
