Hello all! I am new to this and not sure if I am even positing correctly. My name is Mariann and I live in Scottsdale as well. I quit smoking January of last year and gained 15 pounds in the process - I promised my self I would not worry about the weight too much until I hit my year anniversary - well guess what I am here!! I am wanting to lose these 15 pounds so when I head to Cancun in June I will be bathing suit ready - I have a question. Most of my workouts are done via The Firm DVD's. how do I score this type of workout? my strength training is full body to music and takes about 40 minutes so I have not idea how many reps or anything that I do - same with the Cardio DVD. More like attending a class then straight walking or elyptical. Any suggestions on this would be appreciated.
