Hey everyone, I just wanted to take a quick minute to introduce myself and say hello to everyone. emoticon

I'm Candace, I'm 29 and live in WI. My days are spent working in payroll and accounting for a dept. store and my nights are spent taking classes and studying as I work on my BS in Psychology. I've struggled with my weight my entire life and tried about everything to lose those extra pounds for good. Dieticians, Rx drugs, and commercial weight loss systems have all been given a shot without success. Ugh. What a battle. About a year and a half ago I started following Weight Watchers (again) using the flex points program on my own. I successfully lost 50 lbs in about 8 months. At that point I hit a plateau and fell of the wagon. I haven't gained anything but I've been unable to successfully stick to a plan...any plan...and further my weight loss since that point. I think it's been a combination of denial and fear holding me back but I'm ready to move forward and that's why I'm here. I look forward to getting to know you all, as well as giving and receiving support and motivation as we tackle this difficult task of shedding those extra pounds and becoming our healthiest, best selves.

Current weight loss goal: 262.8
Long term goal #1: 186 lbs by my next birthday (must lose an average of 2.2 lbs per week to reach)
Long term goal #2: 155 lbs (end goal weight)
