I agree with STINA. Baby steps are the way to stay consistent and feel good about yourself. Pick one simple focus this week and another one next week. Celebrate EVERY victory and success, no matter how small. You can totally do this!! Congrats on your first day of the rest of your life!! emoticon

Just start small. "I'm going to start" doesn't mean you have to drop everything and start a whole new routine...I used to get stuck in that trap too. Pick one thing or a couple of small things to focus on and then just add onto it from there. You could pick things like staying in range 3/7 days this week and build up from there every week (stay 3/7, move to 4/7, etc.), eat 1 fruit and 1 veg a day (if you don't already) and build up from there, exercise 2x/week, etc.

You can start with something small any day!

Good luck!! :)

So I have been playing around with the idea....yeah I need to lose some weight...I am gonna start today, I started yesterday.....I am gonna start....Everyday I am gonna start.
Well I am turning 26 in a few days, and I am ashamed I have GUT fat hanging out over my panties.

I am still single and I am geeling overweight and groose. So I called me my gum to get a appointment with a personal trainer and to get back on track. I cannot let another year pass and me being SINGLE and having belly fat.
