For a place to start, if you haven't already - I definitely encourage you to put in all your info at the spark people goals thing so that it figures out your calorie range. Then use the nutrition tracker, measure out your food, keep an eye on your portions, and keep in your range. You'll be surprised at how well it works if you stick to it. Throw in some exercise and you'll be doign really well.

Well I just want to start out by saying hi to everyone!! I,m 26 years old and i,m the mother of 2 beautiful children....after pregnancy I have put most of my weight on! I weight 250 pounds and I previously weighed 160 pounds...I just want to get out of the 200's! I,m tired of being FAT! Well if anyone has any advice on how to get started please let me know!!
