Welcome! Just remember to take it slow and that this is a life-change. If you mess up one day..just pick right up the next day and start again. It's all cumulative and it's about making decisions, thinking about it in the moment. You can do it! :)

Hello all, I am new to Sparks and could really use some encouragement. I am 26, have been married for 5 years, and have two great kiddos (whom I get to stay at home! Thanks babe!)
I have always struggled with my weight but I had been able to maintain it for a while. After I got married I began to gain weight, but it was until after I had my second baby that the downward spiral really started. I fell into a severe depression and between the emotional eating and the constant changing of meds (that are known to cause weight gain) I reached my all time high.
Well, here I am today... I need to lose 103 pounds and I could really use some encouragement. I have tried to diet in the past but have always failed. I REALLY need some encouragement, support, and accountability. I am determined to lose the weight, I need to lose the weight.
