Thanks for your comment I went into work so excited today telling everyone soebody had replied back to me! I think because there is aways smebody out there to read how you are feelig and understand this could well work, just have to stay away from junk food lol

Hey there!

This will MOST DEFINTELY work! The food journal is by far the best tool. I may be a dork, but it becomes fun knowing exactly what you are eating and planning the foods you want in to your day.

Have a blast out on the boards.

You are going to be the hottie on the back of that bike in no time!

Hi There. I have just started yet another diet today. Previously I have tried Weightwatchers, Scottish Slimmers and have never been able to stick to them so now I am doing it my way and fingers crossed it works! I am hoping filling in the food journal and the community helps as I lose motivation after a while. My bf has a motorbike which we go away with his pals on but they all have slim girlfriends and then there is me so hopefully this will keep me going! Any tips or advice you can give will be very welcome! x
