Welcome (back)!! :)

I get frustrated by not reaching the end goal quickly also but remember that weight loss is cumulative...anything you lose now will be just that much more in the long run. 10 lbs now, but 10 more lbs is 20 total and so on..

WELCOME BACK! Changing those habits are a true challenge but I am sure you can do it!

Hi guys! I am back on Sparkpeople after about a year and a half of trying different things, or just giving up entirely. I've gotten to a point where I don't feel good, physically or mentally, so I'm ready to start changing my habits! I have a lot of weight to lose, but I'm concentrating on the fact that every pound is a step in the right direction, instead of focusing on a specific final goal at this point. I'd really like to talk to people so feel free to read my blog, message me, etc. Good luck everyone!
