Hi there, welcome!

What's next is tracking your food on the spark people tracker to see how much you eat. After that, try making your food intake match the ranges. Adding in some exercise is a good way to go also. Keep posting around here and on the message boards too.

Planning a wedding does look stressful!!!

That is a great goal. Remember to make mini goals and celebrate those achievements as well. I think that those can really keep you going.

Ok, So I'm new. I hope I've filled out everything correctly. Not really sure what I should be doing next lol. I would like to lose 100 lbs by July 1st 2009 - its my first day today after recently being married so all the arangements made be very stressed lol
