Welcome. I agree with you about the heat. I live in Southern California, and it is just starting to heat up here. I find though, when I do my walked in the evening, between like 5pm & 6pm, when it is still hot, I feel when I sweat more, that I am working out harder. Also, the sweat is good for your skin, so I am learning to embrace it. I used to hate PE in high school cause it was "gross" to be the sweaty girl, but now, I could care less, since it will pay off in the end. Just take some ice water in a bottle, and go for it. It will make you feel better later.

Just introducing myself here.. I'm 28.. I live in a crappy town in East Texas. I'd like to lose atleast 115 lbs. I've been on my weightloss journey for about a month..actually ever since i stepped on a scale and i was like 3/4 of a pound away from 300.. I'm doinf pretty good so far..im down to 281. I'm doing the ea active thing on Wii..along with several other things. I'd like to walk outside..but its so freakin hot and humid here all the time. I figure when im a lil more fit i'll be able to do it.. Anyways.. just sayin hi! Hope everyone has a happy fourth :-)
