Are you tracking/planning your meals and all food on the SparkPeople tracker? Have you put in all your info so it tells you how many calories, fat, carbs, and protein you should be eating? That's a good place to start!

Remember to take each day and decide that day to make healthy choices. Send me a sparkmail if you want any specific help or anything!! I don't know if I can but I'm willing. :)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone help me. Sooo..heres my story...Im 26...yikes...I stepped on the scale today and GOODNESS...that thing said 315lbs. OMG, I almost died. I don't know how it happened...ugh...I have no support around me. Im trying hard..harder now...to lose this weight. I would like to lose 100lbs. I would love to lose more. Someone please help me! I just need a little support and someone to keep on me about what i ate and if i worked out.

Welcome to the team Samantha! I have 122 lbs to lose to be at goal myself so I can understand how that number can be daunting. Just remember never ever NEVER to give up. Everyday that we work towards our goal might not be as fruitful as we would like but everyday that we don't do anything is working us in the opposite direction. In time, we will see success!

It is not what you eat between Christmas and new years eve that is the problem, but what you eat between new years eve and Christmas.

Hi all. I switched jobs this year (I worked at a elementary school and switched over to high school) lots of stress and weird hours for school events led me back to my start weight. So hopefully I can take the time this summer to get back on track. I just got the new cookbook and school's out on Tuesday.
