Thanks! I just joined an Anytime Fitness gym on Thurs and have already went twice, did 30 mins on the treadmill both times, gunna aim for goin 3 times a week! Now I'm gunna go read some articles to see what I need to be doin for strength training...

Hello all!
My name is Katie and I'm not new to SparkPeople, but I never introduced myself. I joined about a year and a half ago and lost 30 lbs and was down to 235, but then I got off track and couldn't believe my eyes when I went to the Dr on May 1st and the scale said 285!! I'd gained 50 lbs back! Argh! So here I am again, gettin back on track, and this time I decided to join the boards for some motivation from people that truly understand! I've lost 9 lbs in the last 3 weeks and am lookin to lose 101 more! So here we go...
