Best tips I've found so far is to read the message boards and articles to keep informed and motivated. Then just setting up the sparkpeople trackers with your weight and goals-then, tracking your food and exercise!

Hey everyone!

I'm new here so I thought I'd drop in an introduce myself. I'm 25 yrs old, trying to lose around 80-100 lbs, and tone up. Anyways I' love to make some support buddies on here. Good luck to everyone hopefully we'll all drop some lb's together.
