Hi and welcome, neighbor! I say neighbor because your state neighbors mine, and while I'm not sure where Silverdale is, I imagine it's within a day's drive (most of Washington is, really).

I live in Molalla, Oregon, which is about 45 miles southeast of Portland. Also I have a September birthday (the 12th), and I'll be 26. My son is almost seven years old.

Anyhow, good to have you on the team and I look forward to seeing you around! Best wishes!

Hey there, I'm new here :) I signed up for quite a few of the sparksteams so instead of getting writer's cramp I'll be copying and pasting this introduction. My name is Krystal. I'm almost 25 years (September 25th so it's close) young and married almost 7 years to my Navy man. We currently reside in Silverdale, WA for 1 1/2 more years when he's done with his contract. We were blessed w/ a child V-day 2006. I have PCOS issues, Insulin Resistance, fertility issues, menstrual issues, and high triglycerides. All issues that can be fixed if I could lose this weight.

I signed up to the 55-99 pound sparksteam b/c reasonably my goal is 87 pounds which would put me at 180 pounds. I know that's high, but that's one of my goals and the best I've felt in pretty much 7 years. I also signed up for the 100+ sparksteam b/c my overall goal is to lose 122 pounds which would be putting me at 145 pounds. I'm starting this at my all high time of 267 pounds (about 4 weeks ago). Struggling already with the first five pounds but I'll get there. I never thought I'd beat my all time high of 262 pounds January 2004, but after losing 62 pounds, getting pregnant, losing the baby weight I climbed back up. It's a stressful time lately. My husband is in the Navy and on a submarine 3 months every 3 months. It's rough. And to make it worse his mother has cancer and it's winning which means trying to be the strong one is more stress.

It's time to work on me again. I would like to have a second child somewhere down the line and I can't physically get pregnant at this weight. And I wouldn't want to. So I'm climbing back on the bandwagon and working on my exercise and eating healthier. No more diets, just lifestyle changes.
