you can get a buddy by just asking on here or there's a forum for finding a buddy.
it helps to keep you motivated, for sure.

Well hun trust me you have come to the right place. Snacking is my life. I love to eat and I love to eat the wrong things for me. I could have a whole fridge of good heathy things to eat and I would go out to the store just to buy the one thing that is horrible for me. I too have been overweight my entire life. Made fun of and hurt in many ways. I am here for the same reasons as you. To get help and to help others in the process...this is why i started this team. You know what I have come to realize is that i can still have the things that are not so good for me...I just have to have thim in small amounts and as treats 1 or 2 times a week. I have started eatting those low cal crispy delights and all those treats that are in 100 cal packs. That way I still get my trats and I get to munch but I dont eat a whole super size bag of chips lol. I laugh because its grose and I know that other people think its gross...thats me showing my embarassement. Their are alot of wonderful people in this forum and trust me they would do anything to help you out. For example my cousin Tara who is on this forum or my long distance weight loss bud AZURED00. Really though any of the ladies here share your troubles and can completely relate. Welcome to the team. Honesty is a great way to start that way we know how to help. We all have our bad days at weightloss its just getting back on track and starting everyday fresh is the way to do it.

I am new to this website and looking for some great new ideas and encouragement and I hope that I can do the same for someone else. I currently weigh in at 265 and I am 5'3 so being short doesn't help at all I have been overweight my entire life so dieting isn't new to me with that being said you would think i would be an expert by now and to be honest information wise I probably am its just the whole taking what you know and actually doing it. I have been exercising regualary and with that I mean the last week or two now if I can just get my eating under control I eat all day long every day if people knew really what I eat I would just die I mean I am constantly eating.. I can't seem to quite I am addicted to food! HELP!! So I am trying to find new recipes for healthy meals which I have gotten a good start from the recipes I have found on this website so I am hoping that will kickstart a healthy meal plan.. I am 24 years old and I am scared to go to an amusement park because a couple of years ago my husband and I went and I had to get off a ride because the harness wouldn't snap into place it was beyond horrible embarrassing and just plain sad..I work at a dental office as a receptionist so basically I sit at a desk all day snacking and answering phone calls... It this point in my life i have to get myself on a track to not only being healthy but happy.. and this is my introduction to myself a very long detailed one and I hope I didn't scare anyone away but lets help each other ! : )
