I started with cutting out the pop for juice ... then I lowered my juice intake and I avoid as much junk food as I and eat natural/organic. Skin milk is a huge help and I don't eat red meats.

I actually started in Nov'07 I weigh myself for the first time in Jan. and had lost 13lbs. A friend of mine told me about the site and I joined yesturday. Thank you for the reply and I wish you luck on your path.

Hey, thanks for responding. I really am struggling to find the time to work out. I am not new to fitness, in fact I used to be in great shape. I suppose life caught up with me and I lost all of my athletic ability, or all the extra weight scared away my skills. LOL. Do you go to a gym or have a program you do? Hi, My name is Autumn I'm 23 and live with my bf of 2 years. "We're" on the track of weight loss for the most part ... myself. I was told about this site by a friend and hope this will be right place for support. So far I love it and can't wait to meet new people.

Hi Crystal! I understand the struggle with time management--it seems like the universe is always conspiring against me being able to fit in my workouts in particular. What has helped me most was sliding my start time at work back by 30 minutes and getting up 15 minutes earlier so I can fit in a 30 minute workout before I go to work. Hi everyone, I am a 24 year old educator in New Mexico. I have finally decided that I am worth the effort. My biggest problem is time restraints. But, I will succeed this time.
