Thanks MEMAWELIZABETH, I'll try that. The reason I wrote was because I would see all the posts referring to area/articles/etc. that I couldn't find but what you did should work well for me.

What information were you looking for that you couldn't find? I'll help however I can. The way I started was to go to the Sparkpoints list, and work my way down doing activities that were interesting to me. I'd click one link after another and explore the website. I never got "lost," because I could always get back to the Sparkpoints list.

Hi, I'm Dianne and I'm new to this team. I just joined SP in February 2015. I'm disabled with Pulmonary Fibrosis, diabetic, neuropathy in feet and legs and bulging discs. I can still walk without aid but not very far. I need to lose weight of course to help with my problems. I'm 68 and divorced with 2 grown kids and 2 grown grandsons. I seem to have trouble finding some of the information others talk about. Would appreciate any help I can get.
