I can relate to how you feel. It's horrible at times to feel like you are uncomfortable in your own body all the time. You just want to hide. You aren't happy. You put on a fake smile. I get that. The thing is that you have a willingness to change. The fact you are here and haven't given up shows a lot. Quitting is not an option. To quit is to fail. You have not down that. We are in this fight together. I wish you the best of luck.

Would love to find some support friends that get it. I was thin growing up and in high school but I had to really work at it. Started really putting on the weight in my 20s and now I'm 43 and huge. I keep being told I need to be body positive, but I'm really not happy this size. I'm not happy with how I look or how I feel or how people treat me because of my weight. My daughter is getting married next year and I don't want to be embarrassed to be there. I guessed my weight because I really don't know but I have at least 100 to lose. I started tracking just now when I signed up, but tomorrow I'm going to really put an effort forth to losing the weight. I have done every diet that has come down the track over the last 20 years and I always start off well but then give up. I can't give up this time.
