I can just imagine! When my scale was telling me off, it hit 290! Really? How dare it! But it got me thinking about my heart and other vital organs, about how long will my mind stay sharp with all the extra work it has to tell the body to do (I'd tire out if I were the boss of a bunch of overworked employees that started quitting and jobs functions weren't getting done) and it explained my lack of desire to get up and move, move, move.

I wish you success on your healthier you journey!!

Today I got on the scale and almost fainted when it flew round to a teeny, tiny bit under 300 pounds. How did this happen??!?

(Yeah, I know how it happened...)

Getting this in hand NOW!
