Welcome to the team. The hardest part for everyone always seems to be those last 10-20 lbs because they just always want to see to stick. Good luck on your journey and we are here for you.

HI!!! I am 28 years old. My Husband is a Staff Sergeant in the Army, and we are currently on recruiting duty in nothern PA. But thank goodness we are just about done with this but then he is off to Kuwait so I will be going back home to Florida to be close to family. We don't have any kids yet but are looking forward to it when he gets back. This will be my first deployment, PCS. I lost a lot of weight in the past 2 years and have been able to keep it off but it is a constant struggle and now my last 20 lbs just dont seem to be going anywhere. My husband is so fit and i would love to be able to keep up with him and make him as proud of me as i am of him.

Behind every strong Solider is an even stronger woman who stands by him, supports him, and loves him with all her heart.
