Howdy from Texas! Welcome to the Army Wife team. I will reach 2 yrs as an Army Wife on 19 May, but my whole life I have been an Army Brat so it is a normal way of life for me. My cousin is stationed at Ft Polk (aka Ft Puke) as well, but his wife leaves here in the Houston area still because she is due in April and its only 4 hrs between the two places. My Father used to be stationed at Ft Polk so I used to spend a lot of time there in 2007. I hope that you have a successful weightloss journey and if you need any help or have any questions we are here for you. :)

Hello, my name is CarolAnn and we are currently at Fort Polk, Louisiana. I am a new Army wife of just under 2 years. I am still trying to figure out all of the lingo and the way of a mil wife...not too easy I might say. We are new to this area and I do not know anyone here really. My husband is gone TDY quite a bit so I am hoping I can make friends at SP while trying to shed some of those nasty pounds.

Smiles :)

Smiles,
CarolAnn
