Howdy and welcome to the Team! It is understandable to feel tired and want to not only look better but to also feel better about yourself. Hopefully your surgery is nothing too serious. My hopes are that this team can be what you need to loose those pounds you want to get rid of in order to feel better about yourself.

Well, I've been an Army wife for almost 12 years and before that I was in the Army too. I have 3 children (11-boy, 7-girl, 2-girl). I'm currently living about 2.5 hours from the closest Army post since my husband is on the last 6 months of his recruiting duty. I'm getting ready to have a surgery next month and I would like to lose some weight before then. While, I'm fairly okay with the way my body looks, I'm not okay with feeling tired all the time and not having energy to play with the my kids the way they should be. Oh, I'm also a SAHM for the time being, though I'm considering going back to school to work on my Masters or pick up a certificate to enter back into the work force in the future. I like to read, am active in my church, and I'm a sucker for a good crime drama. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE to laugh. emoticon
