Having others who really understand what you are going through and understand your struggles helps you stay upbeat on your journey. There are plenty of ladies here to support you in the journey.

Hi everyone,
I'm Melissa, I'm new to the Army life, my dear husband is in Basic Training at Ft. Jackson. I'm pretty excited about this life that God has given us and I'm really excited about getting in shape. I really want to get healthy before we have kids, and for his AIT graduation next fall. That's my goal. I want to be an Army Strong wife, not only emotionally, and spiritually, but also physically! I want my husband to be proud that I'm his wife, (I'm not saying at all that he's not... he's very proud of me) but i want to make him even more proud of me :) Well that's where i am, i hope all of you are doing well... and i look forward to making this journey, not only in Army Life, but in Healthy Life :)
~Melissa
