I am not an expert, but look at your diet. You may be eating the wrong foods or not enough calories. Also, try doing two short (20 min) cardio sessions with strength training - I am seeing some great results.

Ok, I'm gonna vent. I have been working my butt off at the gym for almost 2 months. I'm talking 2 aerobic classes a day, some times 3. I have been keeping my calories under or right at what is suggested. I have lost only five pounds, and the biggest difference I've noticed about myself is that I'm seeing dimples in my cheeks that I forgot that I had. Don't get me wrong, I'm having a blast at the gym and I really do feel stronger. I just wish that I could see a difference on the scale or in my clothes. Ok this is the end of my pitty party. emoticon
