Hey jessica!

I used to live nearish to ft.drum. So i also know about the winters. We are in hawaii now, and i miss them! But I would suggest just doing some sort of cardio everyday. Thats what works for me. Even if its just a quick 10 min thing. The more you do it, you sort of get addicted. If i got a day w/o working out i feel soooo lazy. So its a great motivation to get up and get moving!

Hi Jessica,
My name is cheryl. I have been married 4 1/2yrs. Our first duty station was Ft.Drum so I know about the winters. The good thing is you can walk at the indoor gym. I found that if I use a food diary it helps me lose weight. Good luck and if you need any support you have it.

Hi Everyone! My name is Jessica! I am 22. My husband and i have been married for 3 1/2 years. We have a 2 yr old lil boy! He will be 3 in March. We are stationed at Ft. Drum, NY. I like it for the most part. I don't like the winter because i am stuck in the house for the most part. When my husband and i got married i weighed 115lbs and now i am at 175lbs. I have been working so hard at losing it but i haven't really seen any results. I am easily discouraged and really self conscious. If anyone can help me get over these two things i would appreciate it. And i would love any advice about losing this excess weight. If there is anything else you would like to know please feel free to ask!! Thanks
