Welcome to Alaska, glad you looked me up. Congrats on your weight loss so far, try not to get down..we all hit those annoying plateus. Being a military wife is extremely stressful, my best advice would be too get involved. There are always programs available,FRGs and the like...my biggest mistake the first time my husband was deployed was that I didn't, so I was constantly worried and upset and had no information. You seem very friendly so I'm sure you'll make friends quickly. If you need an ear feel free to send me a message, I'm on almost every day.
Best wishes on your new marriage and at Fort Rich

Hey everyone. I'm 23 years old and a brand new Army wife. My husband (still feels weird to say that) is stationed at Ft. Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska and I am leaving in less than 2 weeks to go join him. I've lost 22 lbs this year and am now on a stand still. I admit that my problem is emotional eating and have been doing A LOT of that lately with this move. Nice to meet everyone and wish me luck!
