I agree Denise
Deployments are hard. It takes a special kind of spouse to endure. My little one was almost 4 wks old when dad left. I often find my oldest looking under the bed and in closets looking for dad. It takes a lot out of you.

Hello and welcome!
I just took a look at your spark page and we have a bit in common. My husband is also an NBC NCO and we were stationed at fort leonard wood about a yr ago and spent almost 5 yrs there. I am from a small town outside of Jackson, Ms. The Chemical Corp is pretty small. I'm sure they may know eachother. Anyway I wish you much success! If you ever need a virtual back on the back or kick in the behind lol I'm here for you.
Be Blessed

Hello everyone! I'm really looking forward to being a part of your team. My husband and I have been married for almost eight years, but he has been in the Army for twelve (sometime this year he'll be pinned his E7). Currently we're stationed at Ft. Richardson/Elmendorf Air Base in Alaska. We've been through deployments to Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Korea. I love my children and cling to them dearly, but there are many times where I feel like I'm a 'married single mom'. I have to admit that I'm a stress eater, and I can't imagine many other jobs out there where the stress level is higher. I'm glad to find a place where we can all be supportive of one another.
