Hello and welcome Kris!
I am dealing with the same issue. Just had a baby 6 months ago and I've lost quite a bit of weight. So I have a lot of stomach flab SOOOO NOT cute lol. My suggestion would be crunches. I try to do ta least 100 a day. If you can't do them all at one time, do them 10 at a time 10 times a day or 20 at a time 5 times a day. You get the idea. Hope that helps. Know that it is a slow process.

Hi I am new to Spark People and glad I found you guys. I am currently a sudo Army wife. My husband is in PTRP getting his knee fixed right now so he can resume (or start over to be accurate) Basic at Fort Knox. I have a 5 month old son, and we currently live with my sister. I am in the process of trying to lose the inches that got added on when I was pregnant. I have always been heavy but I used to be thinner. Anyone with suggestions on how to go about it (all my fat is in my stomach)would be appreciated. Thank you all for any support.
Kris

Never regret, regrets mean you never learned the lesson you were supposed to. Instead of getting even, make them miserable by being happy despite their attempts to rain on your parade.
