Hello, from Junction City. When I first started my weight loss journey, I checked out fitness dvd's from the library Ifree!). Leslie Sasone and Walk off the Pounds is an excellent series. If I liked the dvd enough, I would find it on-line somewhere. Good luck on your journey.

emoticon and I wish you success. Take your time getting to know the site. I have come along way and I owe it all to spark people. Drink at least 8 - 10 glasses of water per day, practice portion control, weighing and measuring your food and getting some exercise at least 30 minutes per day and you can even do it in10 minutes ecroments. Anyway this is how I have been doing it and it has led to my success.

Just started. having a time finding all the tools etc... I am an emotional eater and earned every pound I am set to lose. in the last 7 years, the more I have tried to lose weight the more I gained. So I dieted my last 30 pounds on. Trying now to figure out how to get walks in during the winter months or what else I can do that won't cost. Can't wait to see what everyone is up to and what seems to be working so I can try too
