Welcome from Junction City. Good Luck with your goals. I have found success by realizing that this is not a diet and is a total lifestyle change. Take baby steps. On days, that I don't eat the healthiest and find myself going to the vending machine in our break room; I like knowing that at least I'm drinking my water for the day. I don't focus on "slip-ups", I continue forward and don't look back. Again, good luck, you'll do awesome this time.

Pick one new things each week and track for example start tracking you food this week and then next week reduce the amount, Be sure to tracker all food and exercise and take small steps to your goal.

emoticon to the team. The way I stay on track each day is to track my nutrition and my exercise on the trackers. Really, that is the only thing that saves me. It takes time I know but you have to get yourself into the habit. I wish you success.

Try tackling one aspect at a time: drink enough water, add fruits and veggies until you have the right amount, cut down/out sugar, etc. Once it becomes a habit, then move on to the next one. Soon you won't remember life "before" you "got healthy".

i found that i have to go on sparks everyday regardless of how good or bad i did that day and to be honest in what i'm putting in. When you hit that wall as we all do, i just find that adding a extra 10 mins or so of exercise seem to help me break that pitfall. I also try and vary my exercise every other day.

MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it

Hi everyone!! My name is Kelsey and I am a mother of two wonderful, energetic boys!! This is now my 4th attempt at Spark people! I have tried and succeeded numerous time but have seemed to hit a plateau. I cannot stay on track. I am 5'6 and 237 pounds. I am only 26 years old and am terrified for my health. I want to be here for my children and see them grow. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me or tips on how to stay on track. I appreciate. Thank you all so much.
