Today I met my (self imposed) goal of completing stages 1 & 2 (4 stages) of a quarterly challenge from work. I try to meet stage two by the end of the first month of the quarter, stage 3 by the end of the second month and stage 4 by the end of the of the last month of the quarter. So far right on track.

Yesterday I had 1 scoop of chicken salad from Chick Chicken Salad that I divided in half for 2 meals instead of eating it all at 1 meal. Love that salad.

I made my own Trail Mix for our road trip tomorrow.

2 Cups Popcorn ( I buy Angie's BOOM CHICKA POP)
1/4 Cup Almonds
1/4 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Toss in large baggie....sprinkle in ground cinnamon....shake to coat.
