mine is very simple -

tiny glass container - fill with organic coconut oil - pop in microwave to melt - add 15 drops lavender oil - and 10 drops frankincense oil - right now I only have the lavender - I add at least 15 drops - sometimes more if I want the smell heightened - I ma not a lover of the smell of the other oil but it is great for the face

then I let it sit to harden - that is it - have been using for for almost a year and love it - I also rub it on my shoulders for arthritis pain and then add a bit more lavender on top and rub in again - - I have no idea if lavender is supposed to help but I find that it really makes a difference for me after using it a few days and with continued use - and my one shoulder is really bad - I do not use all the other stuff that so many add to their creams - mine is simple and works for me and is cheap ! I use it all over but find that I would have to make larger quantities if if I really used it on entire body daily - the batch I make is mostly for face and arms and legs

make my own lotion - had to make a new batch yesterday - always do feet and then put socks on - really is great to have soft feet -

WEEKLY PAMPER MISSION...Jan. 22 -28th





Hi again my pamper buddies! Boy is it cold outside in our neck of the woods. (Maybe it is hot where you live) Either way we need to take care of our skin. Our pamper mission today should you choose to accept it is.....

Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize!!

Grab your favorite lotion and go crazy- head to toe and everywhere in between. Don't forget places like your elbows and heels too! Toss some warm fuzzy socks and even some gloves on and really trap that moisture in for an extra boost of moisture. Your skin (and mine!) will thank you!

I got some new of those paper face masks and used one of those (my favorite is Secret Garden, but they are expensive! So I got some from The Face Shop, they are okay) I left it on for the full 20 minutes and did my nails while wearing it. I don't normally do my nails, so they are this nice dark grey color called "commander in chic" which I think is a hoot. I also took a short bath (short because I can't sit still in a bath that long any more, I get bored) with some bath oils and got my skin all silky smooth feeling. I have not pampered myself like that in a long time an it really felt great!

pampering today by making no plans - OO - never heard of lemon juice in the tub - might try that - I do use scented epsom salt - and some essential oils - and I will pamper myself by listening to music

Fall is almost here! And so are the cooler temperatures in many parts of the world. For me, that means it's time for a "warm yourself up" Pamper Mission. A nice hot bath sounds great right about now! Set aside some time for yourself- remember you are Finally Loving Yourself and you deserve it- and run a nice warm tub of water. Add your favorite bubble bath or a yummy smelling oil and spend some time relaxing that hard working body of yours. I'm going to be adding a half cup of lemon juice to my tub.

Lemon juice added to your bath water has been said to help tighten and tone unwanted wrinkles, fight against blackheads and bumps, and help with uneven skin tone. Not only that, but it also smells great and rejuvenates your mind and body.
Go pamper yourself! You deserve it!
