Please feel free to check it out an "borrow" and ideas. Also feel free to leave your ideas too. If you need any help, please feel free to ask me, or one of the other team leaders.

One trick I learned about getting more steps was to go to bed earlier and get up earlier so I can take a long walk in the morning before I have to go anywhere.
