I am introducing myself again because I have been away from spark people for almost 6 years now and during that time I have gotten away from walking and my weight has climbed up to ~185 lbs. So I am back, walking, drinking more water, and working on losing this excess baggage.

I am a widow, have been seeing some one regular since Feb '09 who has been getting on me about my weight and so here I am.

Before when I was active I had gotten up to over 20,000 steps per day, now I am lucky to get between 6,000 - 7,000 but I am working on getting back to a regular 10,000 per day. I am currently using an app on my iphone but that isn't the most accurate, especially when it is on the charger and I am walking around.

So I am back, and working hard to get back on track.
