that is wonderful, I have heard you can really lose weight on that diet. Best to you on your journey

Hi - I have been trying to lose this weight for a while and have tried many weight loss plans. I have come to the realization that I cannot eat carbs and sugars. Once I eat just a little it is all up for grabs. So I investigated the Keto diet and found out that a friend from college was working it as well and had lost 35 lbs so I have started emailing her and she has lots of recipes etc. I feel encouraged and today was the first day that I listed my foods. I am encouraged and feel better being off the carbs and sugars.
